As the call centre Union in Ireland, the CWU has a proven track record and extensive professional experience representing staff throughout the Irish call centre marketplace.  Whether you work in a call centre, a contact centre or any kind of phone based work and whether you work on a full-time, part-time or agency basis the CWU is the Union for you.  It is important to note that you have a legal entitlement as set out in the Irish constitution to join a trade union and there a range of employment legislation there to protect you when you do join.
